I Agree Date ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Holding Deposit/Bond Once a tenant has been approved and the Holding Deposit paid (which will eventually turn into the bond for the property and be lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme), we will mark the property “Let Agreed” on Rightmove and any further request’s to view the property will be declined, as we wait for your moving in day (This must be within 6 weeks of the day you are approved - unless otherwise agreed). If however any prospective tenant was to either a.) pull out of the transaction before the agreed move in date (e.g. They have changed their mind, found another property, split up with partner etc.) or b.) not honoured the 6 weeks deadline that was given when the bond was requested, then the Holding Deposit will not be refunded.
